1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or misuse are not eligible for return

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Innerwear or intimate items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp to request a return

  • Our team will review and approve the request

  • Approved returns must be shipped back as instructed

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
